The kitchen screen became genuinely usable on a tablet with no keyboard: an on-screen keyboard, fuzzy search, a batch multiplier to scale a recipe, and the first prep lists.
Every list row got a 28-day mini-chart and a change figure against the previous period, so cost movers stand out at a glance.

Node maps show the cost hierarchy of any recipe, menu item or supplier product as a graph you can expand, so you can trace what a price change flows through to before you make it.

Break a lamb down and you get a loin, some trim and bones. Recipes can now produce several separately named and separately costed outputs, including by-products and wastage.
