Recipes & costing
The recipe book, filtered and renamed
The recipe book can show only recipes, only menu items, or both, and the word for what goes into a recipe is now Ingredients everywhere, on screen, in exported workbooks and in the help guides.
Everything else in this release
New
- A Show filter in the recipe book's filter drawer: recipes and menu items, recipes only, or menu items only. A held choice shows as a chip on the controls row and clears from there.Recipes & costing
Improved
- Inputs are called Ingredients everywhere you read the word: the recipe tab, the row count, the cost line, the drawer actions, breadcrumbs, page titles and the activity log. The drawer's view action now says where it goes, such as View Recipe or View Product.Recipes & costing
- An exported recipe workbook names its sheet Ingredients. Older files with an Inputs tab still import.Recipes & costing
- The help site and the marketing site's product walkthrough use the same word, so what you read matches what you see.Recipes & costing
Fixed
- The first change in the recipe filter drawer used to hide every recipe nothing uses yet. It no longer does.Recipes & costing
