Chefy has a help site with written guides for every daily task, and new organisations get a short checklist in the help widget that ticks itself off as the real work lands. The old click-through tutorials are retired.

- The Chefy help site. Guides are grouped into Getting started, Day to day, and Admin and account, with search and a print-friendly layout. Day to day covers updating a supplier's prices, reading a recipe's costing, doing a stocktake, raising a supplier order, recording wastage, connecting Square and bringing in your sales, and using insights and reports.Platform & admin
- A getting-started checklist in the help widget. Four steps get an organisation up and running: upload your first invoice, add your first recipe, put a recipe on the menu, and invite your team. Each step ticks itself off from what the organisation actually holds, so nobody has to mark anything done, and the widget opens with the tick the moment a step completes.Platform & admin
