Lists your way

The recipe book, the standard product list and the supplier product list all open as a sheet as well as cards. Sort the whole list from a column header, pick how many rows you see, tick rows for a bulk action, and save the view so it opens that way next time.

Everything else in this release

New

  • Grid view on the recipe book and the standard product list, matching the supplier product grid. One row per record, one column per field, name pinned while the rest scrolls. Names and tags edit in place on recipes. The toggle sits beside the count and is remembered per user.Recipes & costing
  • The ingredient picker inside a recipe has the same grid, so a chef choosing an input can scan photo, name, supplier, SKU, cost and cost per unit as a sheet and select from the row.Recipes & costing
  • Rows per page. Choose 15, 30, 50 or 100 rows, with Previous and Next in the sheet's footer. Lists now default to 30.Recipes & costing
  • Tick rows in the grid for a bulk action. A checkbox column stands first, the header box ticks the page, and a bar counts the ticks and offers only the actions every ticked row allows. The old Bulk Actions toggle on the card views is gone.Recipes & costing
  • Saved views remember whether they were saved from cards or the grid, so a default view opens the list in that shape.Recipes & costing

Improved

  • A column header sorts the whole list on the server, not just the rows on screen. The cost chart plots the rows you tick, six by default, each box coloured to match its line.Recipes & costing
  • The right panel splits in two. The cost chart stays on top. Below it, an Overview tab shows sales, cost of goods and margin for the last 28 days plus what needs attention across the whole list, and a Changes tab lists the ten newest edits with who, when and what changed.Recipes & costing
