Live mode and Planning mode
One switch replaces opening revisions by hand. Live shows what is approved and in use today. Planning shows the version you are working towards, with every cost and margin computed against your drafts.

- Live mode shows only approved, current state and is read-only, so a chef on the line or a manager checking a price cannot land on a half-finished draft.Recipes & costing
- Planning mode is where you work. The first edit starts a draft on the spot, drafts render in place of the originals, and submission and approval happen there. The create-a-revision dialogs are gone.Recipes & costing
